Depending on the size & type of your function, we reserve the right to hire a security guard if we deem it necessary (21sts), at an extra cost to you. The current cost for the guard from 8pm until midnight is $154. Please enquire upon booking.

 

Your Room Hire Includes:

• Air conditioned room for up to 6 hours (or midnight, whichever comes first) Extra hours up until midnight at $100 per hour. Functions may conclude at 1am under prior arrangement, at an additional cost of $150.

• A functions co ordinator to assist you with the planning of your function, if required

• Professional & courteous bar & wait staff

• Dance floor, lighting & microphone if required

• Separate area for pre dinner drinks & nibbles if required

• Skirted gift & cake tables

• White, black or ivory linen table cloths with your choice of colour for overlays & napkins

• Set up, take down & cleaning of room

• Cutting & serving of celebration cake for an additional fee of $10 per 25 guests.

 

The room hire charge is required as a deposit within 7 days of your tentative booking. This will confirm your booking date. At this time, the terms & conditions form (at the back of menus) will need to be read & signed as well. Final guest numbers & payment are due 7 days prior to the event. In addition to your deposit, we require a credit or debit card imprint for security purposes. This security imprint will NOT be processed unless an extra cleaning fee is required, or damage is caused to the room or equipment. To avoid an extra cleaning fee, please do not use poppers or confetti either inside or outside the room.
