If you prefer not to take advantage of our all inclusive package, you may build your own package.

 

A $350 room hire fee applies, which includes:

• Air conditioned room for up to 6 hours or midnight, whichever comes first.

• A Functions Co ordinator to arrange a little or the lot.

• Professional & courteous function staff.

• Large dance floor, lighting & microphone if needed.

• The convenience of either 2 or 3 course, or buffet style menus.

• Separate room for pre dinner drinks & savouries.

• Elegantly dressed & skirted bridal table.

• Skirted gift table.

• Skirted cake table & cake knife, if needed.

• White, black or ivory linen cloths, with your choice of colour for overlays & napkins.

• Set up, disassembly & cleaning of reception room.

 
These inclusions are covered by the room hire charge of $350. A deposit of $350 is required within 7 days of your booking, to secure the date chosen. At this time, we will also require the signed terms & conditions form, located at the back of the function menus. Final guest numbers & final payment are due 7 days prior to the event. Instalments may be made along the way if this better suits your needs.
