toasted continental loaf topped with sun dried tomatoes, onion, basil, garlic, bocconcini and
drizzled with balsamic glaze.

tender lamb backstrap dusted with Moroccan spices on a bed of cous cous and topped
with mint yoghurt.
 
Seafood Plate
a selection of chilled prawns, oysters, mussels and marinated calamari.

whole oven baked scotch fillet (cooked medium) on a bed of creamy mash potato and
